I got sunstroke.
When I went home on Friday.
I got a headache.
My Mom said I got a sunstroke.
So she use a Taiwaness traditional cure to help me feel better.
The cure is called 刮痧 in China.
It is a popular treatment for sunstroke by scraping the patient's neck, shoulder or back.
It is hurt but useful treatment for sunstroke.
My head is not hurt anymore now.
But I have some red and swollen on my neck,shoulder and back.
If someone hit my shoulder , I will have a pain.
